How Much Does Shipping Cost?

   First Class Shipping with Tracking is FREE with any purchase $50 or more. You may select another shipping option if you need your order quicker or if you want to add insurance. We offer calculated priority shipping as well. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once we ship the item. 

How Quickly Do You Ship?

  We ship within 24-48 hours of your purchase, as long as it is not a custom piece. If we could not fulfill your order within 48 hours, we will e-mail you with a time frame of when your order will ship.

Could You Help Me Find Something?

 We would be glad to assist you. Please e-mail us at mariesjewelry@att.net or type what you are looking for into the search bar on our home page.

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

 By special request, we would be happy to gift wrap for you. Each purchase will come in a gift box and a Marie's Jewelry card. 

Do You Accept Returns?

 We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase with the exception of earrings. All earrings are FINAL sale. Items may only be exchanged if it is in the same condition as we sold it. We are not responsible for shipping charges on exchanges. No cash refunds.

Do You Have A Warranty On Your Products?

 Warranty's vary for each brand that we carry in our store. Most companies offer a 1 year warranty, with proof of purchase. E-mail us for more information.

Could I Pick Up My Item in Store?

  Yes. Please choose the in store pick up option at checkout. We will email or call once your order is ready for pick up.
